After a near fatal accident Erika McKay realized that every day is a precious gift and what you choose to do with it becomes your gift to others. She has always been a high achiever since childhood and at the age of eighteen she became the youngest marketing director of Eagle International Marketing, Inc. while earning her bachelor’s degree from Emory University, Atlanta, GA. 

Upon graduation Erika accepted a management position with The Coca-Cola Company in the Consumer Affairs division. In a short period of time she found herself motivating, training and developing employees throughout the Company. After recognizing a high demand for her services, Erika decided to apply her skills in the financial service industry by starting her own company, Erika McKay Enterprises. 

Erika now trains, consults and speaks for corporations and organizations throughout the world enriching lives. She does so with eloquence, a unique style and a spirit of excellence! Ms. McKay serves on the advisory board of Frasernet, Inc. and the Board of Directors of the Euro-American Women’s Council New York, NY. Her civic duties include American Business Women’s Association and the Business Women’s Network. 

Erika McKay has been interviewed on national radio talk shows and television networks. She thrives on serving, caring and empowering people to greatness!
